When is the conference?
The core conference dates are Sunday, October 12 and Monday, October 13, 2025.
You can also deepen your experience with two add-on sessions, available when you register:
Saturday, October 11: A pre-conference session from 11:30 AM to 5:00 PM, beginning with lunch and conversation. Choose from AI Foundations and Leadership, led by Anne Murphy, the Buildathon, led by Ketaki Sodhi, or You AI Business Blueprint, led by Christina Rava.
Tuesday, October 14: A co-conspirator breakfast for reflection, deeper connection, and planning. You’ll leave with a customized 30-60-90 day implementation roadmap.
When should I arrive?
If you’re attending the Saturday pre-conference session, plan to arrive at the hotel by 10:30 AM on Saturday, October 11.
If not, we recommend arriving by 5:00 PM to get settled before the Saturday night welcome party at 6:00 PM.
Most attendees will depart late Monday evening or Tuesday morning. If you’re joining the co-conspirator breakfast, you’ll be done by noon Tuesday and can plan to travel afterward.

The conference is being held at the Hilton Salt Lake City Center in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah.

What’s the refund policy? Can I transfer my ticket?
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your ticket for a full refund, minus non-refundable processing fees, within 24 hours of purchase, provided the purchase was made more than 30 days before the event. Tickets purchased within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to create@sheleadsai.ai. If eligible, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days.
Ticket Transfers
Tickets are transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may designate another individual to take your place. Submit transfer requests to create@sheleadsai.ai at least 14 days before the event. Include your confirmation number and the full name and email address of the new attendee.
Transfers are not valid until confirmed by She Leads AI staff.
